Ready-made products

Unused products in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or replacement.

Customized products

Because personalized frames are made uniquely for you, they cannot be returned for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from the approved design, we will replace it free of charge — just share photos of the issue within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
