Privacy Policy

At Artwani, we respect your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you place an order, we collect your name, mobile number, email address and delivery address so we can process and deliver your order. When you customize a product, we also receive the photos and text you upload — these are used only to create your product.

How we use it

Your information is used to process orders, arrange delivery, provide customer support and (only if you agree) send updates about our products. We never sell your personal data.

Photos you upload

Customer photos are stored securely and used solely for fulfilling your order. They are never shared publicly or used for marketing without your written permission.

Payments

Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card or UPI details on our servers.
