Choose a customizable product, select your size and frame color, upload your photos, add your names/message, preview the design and add it to cart. Our designers then prepare a final proof for your approval before printing.
Yes. For every customized order, we upload a design proof to your order tracking page. Production starts only after you approve it. You can request changes as many times as needed.
Please upload clear, high-resolution photos (JPG, PNG or WEBP, up to 5 MB each). The better the photo, the sharper your printed frame will look.
Ready-made products ship in 2-3 working days. Customized frames take 3-5 working days after design approval, plus shipping time depending on your pincode.
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, netbanking and wallets through our secure Razorpay payment gateway.
Ready-made products can be returned within 7 days in original condition. Personalized/customized products are made just for you and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect — in which case we replace them free.
